A fine Dinning Experience,

"The food was great. Inspite of the fact that I threatened the cook with eminent danger if my steak wasn't cooked properly, everything was just perfect. I am 6th generation cook. I was impressed with not only the food, its preperation, texture, colors and taste but also the service.
The evening before we stopped at the Texas Roadhouse in Amarillo,Texas and had a very bad dinning experience. My partner had a T-bone and I ordered the prime rib cooked rare. My steak was overcooked and dry.I took 2 bites and left the rest. It was the worst steak I have ever been served. I gave specific instruction to knock of the hooves, the horns, skin it and cook one minute on each side. What I got was the sole survivor of a livestock holocost. It was terrible. I should mention that the service itself was great. It is only the cooking that is lacking. The next evening while driving through Tennesee, we decided to try the Texas Roadhouse . This time giving second chances proved to be a good idea. My steak was cooked to perfection. My partners was also cooked properly but the steak itself appeared to be a smaller than normal portion. I guess you can't always get what you want.
In any case, my compliments to the Texas roadhouse in Memphis, TN. A job well done
We will betraveling back to California making another top at your restaraunt on or about Dec 3 or 4. I hope our experience will be equally memorable."
