Disappointed,

"I have been to Eliza 3x paid over $360.00 and still had uneven eyebrows. She kept telling me not to touch them in between appointments (4-6 weeks) and I followed her instructions to a tee. At each appointment she would take very little off insisting that the eyebrows still needed to grow in. I kept trying to explain that after 16 weeks they were as grown in as they were ever going to be.
After 3 very expensive visits, my eyebrows did not even match. One was thinner and longer than the other.
I sent an email to her assistant expressing my disappointment and never received the courtesy of a response. I guess you have to be Oprah or JLo to get the type of treatment they claim to give, because this every day hard working New Yorker did not get the same. There are many "eyebrow experts" in NYC that charge far less and do a better job. Don't waste your money and avoid this "eyebrow guru" as I'm sure that title was self given."
