Confusing and Annoying,

"Going into this I was expecting a lot with all the awards and things this software was recognized for - it turned out to be a big disappointment. The homescreen is a little confusing, but no biggie. One thing I was looking for was the placement test so you can determine where you need to start - I couldn't find any such thing. If I didn't already know some of it, I would have been completely lost. The speaking feature is the worst part. It always has trouble understanding you and is always asking you to speak faster, even though you go at the pace of the model. The speakers also speak very fast so you can barely understand what they're saying! They also use words and expressions you don't know yet, so you don't know how to respond. Very frustrating and quite frankly just terrible. Tell me more about how to get rid of this!"
