Heal Your Headache,

"Have tried neurologists, ear nose and throat , allergy specialists and assortment of MDs for over 30 years trying to find clues to headaches but still had low level head pain most days and headaches I could not find the final clue to causes.
I learned in this book that onions could be a trigger and now wake up many mornings with a song I heard on the radio playing in my head. I look forward to the rest of my life. It was simple, but I needed that clue.
