3X is not a charm,

"After spending an hour or longer reading about how wonderful this site-building host is, I tried to sign up for the free account not once, but three times. I kept re-entering my info, clicking "create account" and nothing happened. It just kept looping back to my info form, prodding me to enter the information that was sitting there in the form. If their site doesn't work, what can I expect from mine? Plus, most of the design tools listed in this article are not free. As for what is actually free, I'll never know."
