"A business associate and I went to Capis for lunch this week. First of off all we waited at the door for 3mins before anyone greeted us. There were only a handful of patrons there so I couldn't understand why the executive chef came to seat us. I orderd the special of the day pork loin with Diamond Bear bbq sauce. I was so excited because it sounded so good. The bbq sauce was the best part. The pork was not cooked properly to the point of being bloody. Also, no flavor to the pork or potato wedges at all. There was no salt or pepper on the table which I was a first for me.

The waiter was very sweet and apologetic. I wasn't complaining he just asked if I liked it. The answer was no, I did not care for it. I wouldn't recommend Capis to any of my customers or friends. I am a very service oriented person and I am not impressed at all. There are too many other places that I would suggest to customers from out of town."
