Don't bother - there are better places nearby,

"I just had my 6th dinner at Osteria last night (for $130 plus tip). For a short time, this was my and my husband's favorite restaurant (we are Cleveland residents). Since last night .... not so much. In a nutshell, our reservation request for a specific table, made well in advance, was ignored, our protests were dismissed, and the food was amateurishly prepared and presented. To top it all off, I opened my leftover container a few minutes ago thinking it would be my dinner - AND MY FISH IS MISSING!! They gave me my leftover mashed potatoes and my green beans, but not my halibut. This is either a case of really incompetent staff or a one-fingered salute. There are many excellent restaurants in this area, I suggest you choose one of those. (Hint: Crop Bistro - that's where we will have our next night out. XO is another excellent option.)"
