Horrible Printer,

"I think who ever wrote this article did not actually own the printer. I bought a dell laptop and then the printer thinking it would be easy to use together. My brand new DELL laptop did not have drivers pre installed, no big deal, right? I found the drivers did not load easily especially for the wireless portion. I've not used the printer all that much, but the ink levels have run dry early on, even though they say there are still over a hundred pages left, and I don't think i've even printed a hundred pages. Now I'm having issues with using the scanner. It may be an issue I'm having with Java, but either way, I can still print (horrible quality) with my usb plugged in (not wireless), but when I'm trying to use the scanning software, it can't find the scanner. The help menu simply talks about communication errors between the laptop and printer, but doesn't even consider that the scanner isn't communicating but the printer is, seems to me not a connection error. Overall, I'm not happy with any of my dell purchases."
