"I thought I would make my mothers toilet cleaning easier for her. I bought the toilet wand, showed her how easy it was, and explained to her the directions specifically state NOT to release the cleaner head into the toilet.
She used it, was scrubbing the edges with it, moved her hand around to get a better grip, touched the release button, and, plop, there you go, into the toilet, and for some reason, the cleaner end just disappeared. Nice wad of scrubber material, and a plastic disc with a nub.
Now I have to have her toilet cleared, great!
Either it needs to be modified to be able to flush the damn cleaner head, or move or protect the release button, so it cannot be accidentally pressed."
