"When I downloaded this I thought: Oh yeah this will be like all the other useless free photo editors. But I was wrong. Photoscape is a wonderful program that enables one to easily edit photos. Its simple to use for beginners, which is a bonus for the older generations. I would recommend this program for first time editors or someone that is wanting to have a simple but efficient photo editor."
