Great Book,

"Really simplified both the diet and exercise part. It explains the entire workout, this is not a gimmicky, learn about LL Cool J and then get a watered down workout. I went from 215 and fat to 183 and ripped. The process was easy, and gradual. It's a tough workout by week 22, but it is so gradual you barely notice it. I highly reccommend this to anyone from the ex-athlete who wants to turn it around (me) to the person who has not set foot in a weight room and really wants to get in shape. A great workout."
