Great for grinding your own Venison burger,

"I love using this for grinding my own venison and sure beats a hand grinder the only things I would add to the review is cut strips of meat and not cubes this lets the grinder pull it through the worm gear and you don't have to push it through so much. Also put your meat in the freezer to firm it up some this helps a lot also, and when you're done put a couple of pieces of Bread through it. This will make clean-up much easier. AS a final thought clean as much of the silverskin off your meat as you can it tends to get clogged in the grinder"
