"I have never been impressed with PFC. Their food may be "upscale" but it is NOT authentic, Chinese cooking. If you are looking for a real Chinese restaurant, I suggest one of the restaurants at the Chinese Cultural Center. My recent visit to PFC was again, a disappointment!! I ordered their beef with juliene vegetables and what I expected to be good, tasty vegetables, consisted of mainly: scallions, carrots & stringy celery. Yuk! I was pulling celery strings between my teeth all the way home. And to pay $$-$$$ for their entres is totally not worth the price!! My "rule of thumb" has always been - if you don't see Chinese Americans eating at a Chinese Restaurant, then go somewhere else."
