QB 2009 Premier for multiusers, December 22, 2008
By pinksunshine02

"I would suggest you research other programs before paying the money for QB 2009. The database version does not offer support unless you plan on paying Intuit $39.00 per mo. to figure out the multiple problems they have. If you are installing this on several computers to allow employees to use, think again!
You will most likely get "alternate setup" issues, or Error Code -6000, -80 problems that go unresolved. The continued frustration is not worth it!
Intuit is not on the community boards enough to address all of the questions that surround the problems they are having.
If they did it would at least be worthwhile to those of us who use it on a daily basis to know that they are helping us find answers to our problems.
I guess they expect their experts to resolve our issues, but they don't seem to have the answers either!
It's definately a buyer beware program with problems that even Intuit doesn't seem to have answers for. Make sure you are ready for many headaches!
Good Luck!"
