even the pilot couldn't put it together...,

"Nope... not even the pilot. After several trips between San Diego and Florida, lugging car seats and a stroller (shudder), I raced to get this product. It was clumsy and difficult to put together; my engineer husband finally could.
The two bolts are very long and dangerous around kids, not to mention easy to lose on the flight. The wheels don't roll well and I had to be very careful when tilting it back to roll because it wanted to dump my 2-year-old onto her back. I found it nearly impossible to balance/push the gogoKidz AND pull a rollaboard.
The gogoKidz would not fit in the overhead compartment, so they gate-checked it. When we landed, I wrestled with it in the jetway while passengers squeezed past and my daughter tried to get back on the plane. Finally, after everyone was off, the flight attendants tried to help. It's really confusing to figure out what part goes where -- and these are not stupid people -- especially when parts keep jumping off.
Finally the pilots came off, and when THEY couldn't assemble it, I gave up and carried it off the plane."
