Never Had Problem,

"I have had my Fire Magic Gourmet Regal I for 5 years. I grill 2-3 times a week year round. It has never failed me. I rotisserie cook a turkey at Christmas every year and I grill entire meals, vegetables, meat, potatoes, whatever we are having. I have never had a problem getting parts because I have never needed any. I keep it meticulously clean and well maintained, so maybe that helps."
