Best Grill and Smoker Ever!!,

"If you read reviews and research products like I do, when you read the "Egg Heads" ravings about the Big Green Egg" on-line, you'll wonder why they are so fanatical. Well, when you buy a Big Green Egg and start using it you will understand their enthusiasm. This really is the best thing ever. Something about the ceramic and the air tight design keeps the juice in the meat for the juiciest chicken, porkloin, brisket....you name it. I loved to BBQ before, but this has taken on a whole new dimension. You won't and can't understand how great this is until you use one yourself. Especially for smoking. You get your vents set and walk away. No more poking and stoking the fire. No more adjusting the vents constantly. It really is the best. It is a little pricey up front, but you never have to worry about it rusting out! I even baked cinnamon rolls on it one morning before I started my brisket and they turned out great which lead me to try doing a pizza which I read about someone doing one-line and now I only cook pizza on my Big Gren Egg because it is just like a brick oven pizza!
By the way...I have a big fancy stainless steel, built in gas BBQ on my back porch that I paid five times more than what I paid for my Big Green Egg, but I wanted a charcoal grill/smoker for doing briskets and ribs. I have NOT used my gas grill since I purchased my Big Green Egg!"
