"I have been using TurboTax for years and have always been pleased. NOT THIS YEAR!! After inputting all the tax information and doing a final review and printing out the taxes everything looked fine. Refund in the amount of 3,378. BUT WE I HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON IT SHOWED WE OWED THE GOVERNMENT OVER 20,000 dollars then flipped back to showing a refund in the amount of 3,378. Had no idea what was going on so I printed it out again. Once again, everything looked fine. So I kept checking the status of my refund and...guess what...it stated I needed to contact the IRS. I am waiting for a refund and the government is waiting for a check for over 20,000 dollars. I contacted TurboTax, because they have a guarantee. Well to make a long story short they blamed the error on me. Their guarantee is as WORTHLESS as their software"
