great value... amazing customer service,

"i have had these for almost a year, for use with onstage in ear monitoring... they by far are the best sound and comfort for the price range. i use them about 3 times a week for monitors and here and there for ipod use and they are amazing for that as well.
but beyond the sound and value, their customer service has been amazing, they helped me a huge amount to find the cheapest molds i could find in my area and worked with me to get them by the time i needed them. recently i had a mishap when one of the drivers came loose and they cover manufacturer defects up to 2 years. they really work with you and want to help.
great purchase you won't be sorry. and the detachable rotation wires are amazing"
