"This article has too many opinions to really help anyone. Married Away is a reality show and most reality shows are kind of stupid to say the least but if you like wedding shows; reality or otherwise, you'll probably like this one too. Every episode isn't amazingly entertaining but that happens sometimes in reality TV. The wedding planners are extremely helpful to the couples and most of the couples are pretty involved in planning their weddings as well. The only way I'd recommend a couple to not get a planner would be if it was in their hometown and they had lots of friends and family willing to help them. Destination weddings have many more details and tasks that can slip through the cracks if you don't have experience in that area. If I were having a destination wedding I'd rather be safe than sorry. You may be organized, creative and resourceful enough to plan a birthday party, baby shower or bar mitzvah but a wedding is a one time thing with no do overs. So to make sure it goes as smoothly as possible do yourself a favor and get a planner."
