"I made the Biftekia (burgers) following the recipe but did not put them in the oven with potatoes. Instead we put them over the BBQ! They turned out fantastic! No grease, full of flavor and moist. I sprinkled them with just a little bit of lemon juice and garlic salt before cooking. The family wants them again tonight! 2 nights in a row!"
