Deceptive Business Practices,

"OK, the telephone service is decent. However, if you ever have the need to FAX, you cannot rely on this on this service for even the slightest use. The deception comes in when you sign up. $24.99 turns out to bill as $31.78 each month and if you cancel within one year, the $70.00 rebate you got for the modem is revoked and charged to your account. Because I could not get one single page to FAX I cancelled and was charged $117.00. Now I want to cost them 10 times that amount. Don't use this service."
