Always Delivers,

"This is a great Indian cook book. After spending some time a few years ago travelling through India I am always looking for the great flavours that were such a highlight of that trip. Many Indian cook books are often too simplistic in their use of spices, while this book really embraces the complexity and great breadth of Indian flavours. Recipes are easy to follow and every time I cook something I am happy with the result."
