Still a goody!, September 30, 2009

"I still love the 8100 for its suretype keyboard and one-hand operation. Although I own the 8130 now, I spent two great years on the 8100. The functionality of the device was great, however the replacement plan was necessary as I went through at least 3 of this model due to the questionable durability of the hardware and is the only reason this rater gave it 4/5 stars. The quality of the hardware was outweighed by the functionality of the OS and keyboard. As a previous owner and user of the 957, 5790, 6510, 7510, 7100, the 8100 was a refreshing offering that brought a satisfactory mix of enterprise features in a consumer form-factor."
