Heating Tray no longer works, May 17, 2009

"Received my Egg & Muffin Toaster December 28,2006. It's easy to use and performed as stated. Absolutely perfect until yesterday May 16 2009.

The heating tray no longer works and of course it is out of warranty. So now I only have a toaster.

Disappointed that the heating tray malfunctioned so early, afterall it was the reason for the purchase in the first place. I already had a toaster.

Anyone else had this happen to their product?

Since I love the concept I'm thinking seriously about purchasing again. I saw that West Bend has the same product, anyone have experience with it?

I gave it an average rating because of the short life span of the heating tray. I hope this is more of an isolated event than an ongoing problem with many."
