"If you are looking for a digital pen that is: inexpensive, works reasonably well, flexable page placement of base unit/receiver, good translation of handwriting to text, backed by warranty, then this is it. Can be used untethered. Small size makes pen and memory base unit easy to carry around. Lacks replaceable battery in base unit.
Base unit was replaced for failure to hold battery charge after 9 months; exchange handled fairly quickly under warranty. Overall I like this product. We will see if the replaced base unit recharges for a longer period of time under regular use.
Inprovements: replaceable base unit battery with larger memory capacity."
