"Not knowing ziltch about a wireless network, but wanting one, I bought this router mainly because it was on sale and the sales person recommended it. It was fairly easy to set up but I had a little trouble configuring it. I called support and this is where my only problem was. It took about 45 minutes to talk with someone but they DID fix it. (glad I had unlimited minutes)
I have had NO problems with this unit in the 8 months we've had it. I read reports on how hot this thing gets sometime but I can hold it in my hand with no problem.
The only reason I didn't rate this with 5 stars is because of the wait for the support team. They need to hire more help!"
