Make a REservation wait 1.45 hrs for a table.....,

"Went to Tao after making a reservation for 9.30pm....arrived and the table wasn't ready....bar so packed could barely stand......given a buzzer...after 1.1/2hrs went back to the desk...Robbie (?) wasn't too sympathetic, thought should about 5 mins more.....15 mins went back again to desk....stayed there.... and hey presto a table was made available a couple of minutes later.....really marred the whole experience...the lighting was so dark it was hard to actually see the food.....maybe Robbie did that on purpose!!! Desserts were very mediocre! Wouldn't go back......"
