MARINELAND MAGNUM 350 CANISTER FILTER,

"I've been using this filter for over 20 years now. My first was the Magnum 300 and my current Magnum 350 I've had almost 10 years now. It's on a 55-gallon freshwater tank, mounted underneath on the floor of the aquarium stand. This is the best filter you can get, period. Very easy to service, it has shutoff valves so you can disconnect it and change the filter media while leaving the hoses attached to the tank. There is only 1 moving part, the magnetic impeller inside the filter. That's what makes this unit so great...the motor doesn't turn at all, it's actually a large electromagnet that drives the impeller.
Very clever. A wonderful pump for medium (55-100) gal. tanks! You will be very pleased buying this filter."
