"I have had this printer for less than a year and it has been nothing but trouble. When I first purchased it, the paper feeder broke. HP sent a refurbished printer. Paper jams constantly, and today, I spent hours on the phone and by e mail, trying to get HP support to help. Although I registered on line, HP could not find my information, I then faxed my receipt and was told I would have to wait 2 more days for a resolution. This is a very slow printer with very poor print quality. I would not recommend this to anyone. Do not waste your money!"
