Disney's Wilderness Lodge,

"Disney's Wilderness Lodge has its ups and downs. My family of 4 stayed there in mid-April, during the (sort-of) off season. Now, living in California and traveling to Florida was enough time change, but one problem was kinda the hotel's fault. The clocks didn't have alarms, and the transportation to each park was kinda hard. It was easy to get to the Magic Kingdom, but a terribly long bus ride to the other parks. One thing that bothered me the most was the food. I really hated the food served at the hotel. I say that you're better off eating at Downtown Disney. (The lines are long at DD, so try the Wolfgang Puck Express restaurant!) I do like that you get 4 mugs that you can wash and refill at the hotel, but it's an extra $45 or so. The Extra Magic Hours provided by staying at the hotels helped a lot with the lines. The Lodge is beautiful on the inside AND outside! The pools were nice, even though we didn't have enough time to use them. The beach there is pretty cool, and I liked the geyser. Overall, I give this hotel a 3-star rating. 1 star off for the food, 1 star off for the level of convenience."
