29 hours stuck at Dubai Airport without help, October 5, 2009

"Family members of mine was booked on Olympic Air from Greece to South Africa on Friday 2nd Oct after a 2 week holiday in Greece, but when they were supposed to leave, they were informed that all the passengers have been re-allocated on Emirades Airlines?

They ended up in transit at Dubai Airport for 29 HOURS from Saturday3rd Oct till Sunday4th Oct until they where finally given standby seats on a flight to South Africa.

How can you allow any passenger to spend 29 HOURS at a airport with no access to their luggage or any help to even take showers or get meals or accomodation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????????

They are currently struggling to get in touch with a representative of your Airline to get a propper explanation!"
