Mellow Mushroom, I want to own one or 10,

"I have traveled a lot and I eat way too much pizza. When we lived in the Atlanta area we fell in love with Mellow Mushroom and it's laid back style. Reminded me of another great pizza place in HB Cal called Lamppost Pizza. It was kind of a surfer, skate boarder hang out that also was popular with the locals. And really good pizza too.
I've often wondered if the franchised and the laid back run by college kids attitude at the Mellow Mushroom near me is just what I want. Great food, no pretensions, or kids meal with a toy, no real format. Set it near a beach, tourist town, or ski resort and watch it take off. I'll take 10 units please! a large with everything on it to go."
