"Siena Suites is a Las Vegas Extended Stay Property in Nevada. It looked safe and clean from the outside however, I experienced dirty towels on numerous occasions after my room being cleaned and after numerous complaints. Among the complaints was a dirty mattress I had slept on for at least a month before discovering something of the likes of blood, fecal matter or chocolate on the mattress. Imagine the feeling of being totally disgusted and violated to say the least. I also complained about my door being unlooked on different occasions upon coming home from work. The last straw was vandalism to my personal belongings when, I discovered holes had been deliberately punctured in my socks!
I complained to the general manager Kimberly Martinez, and was irately cut me off on the phone. The manager told me, she had worked with the maids since she started working there. What does that really have to do with my awful experience at this hotel? The manager then told me, “If I was going to check out to check out”! Then she proceeded to hang the phone up in my face. Siena Suites is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and I did file a complaint.
I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel again after this horrible display of customer service."
