Not an actual graphics program. It's a fake.,

"Most normal tools are lacking or non-existant.
Help file doesn't contain the most common words.
Pretty much useless for creating graphics for web use.
Even the most basic editing functions are missing.
Poor text editing. Lack of tools.
Microsoft went backwards 20 years on this one."
