"DO NOT BUY AGENT 18 (ecosheild) CASE!!!!!
Your iPhone will GET DESTROYED!
THIS CASE DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR iPHONE FROM DAMAGE.
If your phone falls, the case pops open on impact and your phone will fly out. This has happened to both my husband and myself. My husband’s phone thankfully, fell on a carpeted floor. I was not so lucky and lost my brand new 3Gs which cost me $200 to replace.
What do you need a case for if it opens when it falls?
This company has NO CONTACT INFORMATION!
They do not respond to their web form and even though I was given a contact number from Apple (who had to look it up through WhoIs), they have yet to return any of my numerous calls or emails.
Any company that hides themselves from their customers should be considered suspicious at best, but it is quite evident why they are shielding themselves from their customers as their product is defective.
