"I have to disagree about it's appeal to the everyday home cook. I used to hate cooking, lacked confidence with it & resented the time it took. I have turned that completely around with my Thermomix. I use it pretty much every day & usually several times a day. I have had mine for 15 months now so it is not a "novelty" any longer. The longer I have it the more I want to use it & find to do with it. We eat better, we save money & I now am happy to entertain & do it confidently. Best money I ever spent!!"
