"I've used Trip Advisor on a number of occasions. Sometimes the reviews are very helpful, but other times, they are clearly posted by someone with an ax to grind.
In other words, the reviews can provide good information (particularly when the hotel or restaurant has LOTS of reviews), but it's best to take the information with a grain of salt."
