Don't buy,

"We went to the Avalon Reef resort on one of thier sales presentations. To make a long story short, they did the pressure sales thing big time on us. They also attempted to guilt us into buying. And I have never seen such underlying desperation in any sales people. With the current market, I would not buy from them. I suspect they are going out of business They told us that they had many people not paying thier fees any longer. They began trying to sell us a membership at $50,000 and ended up at $3,000. Then no membership at all... very desperate. BEWARE !!! Also... we spoke with two people who were stayong at the place, and they were very dissapointed."
