Best Cusomer Service EVER!,

"I purchased HomeDock Deluxe in the May 2008.
I used it sporadically but loved it. I recall it came with a 3 month warranty.
Last month (10/2009) the remote stopped working. Although I tried multiple strategies to reset the remote and get the HomeDock working, it would not respond. I knew I had exhausted most solutions. So I sent an email to customer technical support explaining the issue and what I had tried to solve it.
They asked when I had purchased the unit as well as requested a copy of the receipt. Next thing I knew I received a brand new unit in the mail. No questions asked.
I have to say this is the best customer service experience I had ever had. Outstandingly impressive! You can't go wrong with a company that stands behind its products!"
