"i have owned this for a year, and although its not as good as a traditional smoker, it does the job. i have cooked turkey, brisket, beef and pork ribs (does ribs best), salmon, trout, pork shoulder, and rump. the results are really tasty, juicy moist, and smokey. it is easy, set it and forget it."
