Quicken and the help menu, April 6, 2009

"It just doesn't work. The support staff wants me to turn OFF my firewall and virus protection, I don't think its a good idea. After many emails and wanting my money back it still doesn't work properly, the online portion works but not the program portion so I can't use it because there isn't any instruction for me. I have had it too long to get my money back just trying to get it to work. It also does alot of redundant things."
