BAD BURGERS,

"I HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO EAT AT METRO BURGERS IN HIGHLAND SQUARE ON MONDAY NOV 17 AT ABOUT 5:30. I HAVE LIVED IN THE SQUARE FOR OVER 25 YEARS. ONE WALKS INTO THE RESTAURANT, AND NO ONE TELLS YOU TO FILL OUT YOUR ORDER ON A CONFUSING SHEET OF PAPER. THEN YOU TAKE IT TO THE COUNTER WHERE YOU PAY AND GET AN ALERT DEVICE. WHEN THE DEVICE GOES OFF , YOU SCHLEP TO THE SERVICE COUNTER TO PICK UP YOUR FOOD. OH YES, YOU ALSO HAVE TO GET YOUR OWN DRINK. AT NO TIME DID I HAVE ANY INTERACTION WITH STAFF. THIS RESTAURANT HAS SO MISSED THE MARK FOR HIGHLAND SQUARE. WE WANT TABLE SERVICE. AT THE PRICES, A WAIT PERSON OR TWO WOULD GO A LONG WAY. HOWEVER; THE BURGERS HAVE TO BE FRESH ( AND NOT FROZEN)COOKED TO ORDER AND A HIGH QUALITY. SOME TWO HOURS AFTER EATING AND BRUSHING MY TEETH TWICE, I STILL HAVE A CLOYING SWEET TASTE IN MY MOUTH. WITHOUT REVAMPING, I DOUBT I WILL DARKEN YOU DOOR AGAIN. I GIVE YOUR RESTAURANT 6 TO 9 MONTHS BEFORE YOU CLOSE. IT IS NOTHING MORE THAN ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT WITHOUT A DRIVE UP.
P.S. I HAVE DESIGNED MORE THAN 35 RESTAURANTS IN MY LIFE."
