Getting tickets through House Seats, January 30, 2009

"After writing this review, I received complimentary tickets to Toxic Audio at the Eldorado, courtesy of Bill Nagel, the Managing Director of Houseseats Reno/Tahoe. To the best of my knowledge, I followed the steps any House Seats customer would in obtaining tickets through the service. I was informed that tickets were available for a particular show and the time of the performance. After saying I'd like to go, House Seats made the tickets available at will call under my name. When I showed up at the Eldorado, the will call clerk had me sign a receipt and handed over the tickets. It couldn't have been easier, and assuming my experience is typical, I'll give House Seats two thumbs up for customer service. By the way, Toxic Audio was a fantastic show. For the record, this review is by Stan White, your guide to Reno/Tahoe."
