Very useful for small mpg creation,

"A no frills animation package which has one excellent feature. As well as well as gifs, it lets you create mpg animations. These can be 100 or more frames and mpg gives great compression.
AVI or other format animations create huge files which are impractical for emailing.
The mpg feature is limited to 352x 288 pixel frames though."
