Pho's on Prince Street in Flushing,

"This is without question the best Vietnamese restaurant in New York. My family has been going there for nearly 20 years. Its version of Pho, the deliciously fragrant beef noodle soup of Vietnam, is as wonderful as you can find it.
Not to be missed is the Salt and Pepper Shrimp, a French-Vietnamese concoction that is not generally available at Vietnamese establishments in Manhattan. Among the many other dishes I highly recommend are the Sate Beef, The wonderfully thin grilled pork chops, the enormous Alaskan oysters, the Chinese Broccoli with Salted Fish, and Cha Gio spring roll appetizers. You can bring your own bottle of wine or enjoy Chinese beer with your meal.
Prices are very reasonable and the restaurant is easy to get to from the Flushing Main St. stop of the No. 7 or the LIRR. The place is an absolute delight!"
