XANGA PREMIUM IS A TOTAL RIPOFF,

"I have had Xanga Premium for 6 years but they have NO customer service and never will answer your emails when there is a problem. They don't even email you to renew your Xanga premium until AFTER your premium expires to tell you it expired, and AFTER they have deleted all your images you had on your premium account, which after you renew are still lost forever.
Xanga used to be a great site, but they have ruined it now and tons of people have left Xanga because of all the idiotic chages to the site and lack of ANY customer service at all for paid members."
