"For the first few months, you will love this grill. I've had two. The CharBroil people and Lowes refunded my money on the first one after about 4 months of use - and I bought a 2nd thinking the first may have just been a lemon. No dice. Both died the same way at about the same time. The infrared grill gets so hot that it melts the screws and gas line causing a whooshing sound and flames shooting around.... CharBroil sent me a free set of infrared grill replacements for the first one but you can't remove the old ones as the screws are melted in. Search the internet...I was not alone. This was a common complaint. Until it dies, however, it works exactly as they say and it is wonderful."
