77 Degrees threshold is a concern, May 16, 2009

"The product works fine as a fertilizer in cooler summer climates, and NPK is nicely tuned to the applications - however, I'm not sold that the "controlled release" is relevant in the south where soil surface temps will reach 85+ degrees in July and August.

Paying more for controlled release technology that cannot withstand summer heat is not justifiable for 1/2 of North America.

The search is still on for a 90 deg F durable controlled release product....."
