"The nice thing about Wii Fit is that is gives you immediate feedback on your progress and keeps track over a long period of time also so you know if you are improving or not.
I don't like the fact that one pose doesn't lead into the next you have to stop, click the next pose then start again. There is no flow. The strength exercises have the same problem
The balancing games are fun and tough (for me anyway). The aerobic ones are more games than fitness (I can't hula hoop at all).
If the goal is to just get up off the couch and start an exercise program than Wii Fit accomplishes its goal but the more serious workout enthusiasts will be left wanting more.
If Nintendo wants to improve it, then let us pick out a series of poses or exercises and have them flow like a real workout."
